Q: What is Online Banking?
A: Online Banking is a tool that allows you to use a personal computer with an Internet connection to conduct your banking online.
Q: What is Mobile Banking?
A: Mobile Banking allows you to download our app to your phone where you can conduct your banking.
Q: What can I do with Online/Mobile Banking?
A: You can view account balances and transaction history, transfer money, activate and deactivate your debit card, deposit a check by taking a picture of it with your phone, Person to Person Payments, fingerprint login on certain phones and much more.
Q: What accounts will I be able to access through Online/Mobile Banking?
A: You can access your checking, savings and loan accounts from the Online/Mobile banking service. Our Online/Mobile Banking Product is intended to give you as much access, security, and versatility as possible.
Q: Can I view my account details in more than one way?
A: Yes, you can view your accounts by date, amount or type(debit or credit).
Q: What happens if I forget or lose my password?
A: Click on Forgot Password.
Q: Are my mobile and online banking username and password the same?
A: Yes. You can login on any device with the same username and password.
Q: Is there a cut-off time for Funds Transfer initiated through the Online/Mobile application?
A: Transfer requests received after 5:00pm on business days may be processed on the bank's next business day. Bank business days are Monday-Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered bank business days.

A: Mobile Deposit allows you to conveniently make secure deposits anytime using your iPhone or Android mobile device. It allows you to take a picture of your check with your smart phone or tablet and deposit the check into one of your accounts via the Mobile device.
