Is there a limit on my debit card? | Yes, for security reasons, debit cards have a daily ATM limit and a daily purchase limit. You can call us during business hours with any questions or inquiries about this limit. |
Can I open an account online? | No, for security reasons the safest and only way to open a loan or deposit account with us is in person. |
Should I notify the bank when traveling? | Yes! Notifying us allows us to place a travel notice on your debit card, which helps prevent disruptions in service. |
I received a text/call from SHAZAM with a suspected fraudulent purchase. What do I do? | Respond as quickly as possible. If it is fraudulent, respond so, in this event, notify FNB directly so we can take further action. If the purchase is not fraudulent respond accordingly. |
